Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ritual, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns on all domestic orders within 90 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully place your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer, ensure it is securely sealed, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
